Hi Bill,

Happy 1st March!

Regarding wallpaper, just wanted to say again how much I liked the February wallpaper - don't think you will be able to beat that one.

Good luck with that horrible course you have to do - I don't agree with these enforced courses AT ALL.WHO do they think they are? Hope you get lucky with finding a job which seems just about the only way out of that course.Really bad.

Keep safe,
Best wishes,
Dawn :-)

In your honour I have used the paisley pattern for this comments page. The pattern came from a website whose name escapes me. I think I should have it book marked somewhere, but  not on this PC. I  am sure I originally found the website by doing a Google search for psychodelia. However........a quick google image search finds the same pattern here : - http://www.peoplepouch.com/orders.html
The place you really want to visit is http://www.psychedelix.com/ where you will find all sorts of weird stuff including groovy fonts and windows wallpaper.

The course got worse today with extra bullying encouragement to search even harder for jobs. They are trying to insist that I send off at least 10 "spec" letters a week. In case you didn't know, a "spec" letter is just a form of spam that you send out to companys asking if they have any vacancies. The general opinion from "our" side of the fence is that these are really only effective for
a) big companies,  and
b) companies who might be looking for almost unskilled labour.
As I proceed along this New Deal scheme I come in contact with more and more people who are having difficulty finding work because their previous skills have been too specialised, and are perhaps becoming obsolete. They all agree that spec letters are just not done in these often smaller  industries. (although there will always be exceptions to the rule)
I have three job applications active at the moment, and no doubt more to come. Sooner or later one will come up trumps.
In case any other readers can offer me a job you can read about my previous career, and download a C.V. HERE.
