Over this bank holiday weekend, as part of my high blood pressure diagnosis, I have to provide 24 hours worth of my urine ! On Friday 1st May 2009 I collected the kit and instructions from Lewisham hospital. First thing tomorrow morning (Sunday) I shall start the process. Below is a picture of the collection bottle posed next to a beer bottle for size comparison, and then below that are the instructions.
